About the project

A clearer way to verify iGaming markets

iGaming Atlas is an independent regulatory intelligence project that organises operator, licence and enforcement information by jurisdiction.

Last updated 27 July 2026

Our purpose

The Atlas is built for users, researchers, compliance teams, journalists and industry professionals who need to understand whether a particular operator is authorised in a particular place. It does not treat a global brand as universally legal or illegal.

How we work

We prioritise official licence registers, regulator notices, government publications and enforcement decisions. Every material status should identify the jurisdiction, source and review date. Missing evidence is shown as a data limitation, not converted into an allegation.

Our methodology, editorial policy and data-quality dashboard describe this process in more detail.

Independence and commercial activity

Commercial relationships cannot purchase a licence label, remove an enforcement record or influence the result of a regulatory check. Future advertising, sponsorship and affiliate relationships will be labelled and kept separate from editorial findings.

Corrections and contact

Regulators, operators and readers can submit evidence, request a correction or challenge a record. See the corrections process or contact the editorial team.
