A clearer way to check iGaming market evidence

iGaming Atlas is designed for readers who need to investigate whether a named operator, entity, domain or product appears in the relevant official record. Each finding is limited to its jurisdiction, scope and review date; it is not a worldwide legal conclusion.

These figures describe the current Atlas data snapshot, not the size of the global gambling market. Export rows combine 634 operator-market relationships with 194 separately imported Brazil register rows.

Latest operator-profile relationship verification date in this snapshot: 16 September 2026. Each row retains its own verification date.

Published findings are structured around three checks. The cited official record may support a positive finding, a negative register result or an unresolved research state.

• A market-model label summarises the cited framework for the jurisdiction; product rows provide the detailed scope.
• An operator-status finding is limited to the named jurisdiction, entity or brand, product and, where recorded, domain.
• “Not listed” is a dated register-search result, not automatically an allegation of illegal activity.
• “Under review” identifies an evidence gap that does not support a firmer conclusion.
• Enforcement records preserve the procedural stage stated by the source, including allegations, interim measures and final outcomes.
• iGaming Atlas provides editorial research, not legal advice, regulatory approval or a guarantee of account availability.

Material pages show a last-reviewed or last-modified date and link to the evidence used for the finding. Automated checks test dataset consistency, source provenance, article metadata, feeds, navigation and page contracts before publication. Automation assists the workflow but does not turn an unresolved source into a positive claim.

Substantive corrections are recorded in the change log. Readers can also inspect current coverage limits and overdue work on the data-quality page.

The public record currently identifies iGaming Atlas as a Lisbon-based research publication, the institutional Research Desk byline, the editorial email and Jorge Ramos as the partnerships contact. It does not currently publish a separate legal entity, ownership register or funding statement. Those facts should not be inferred from the byline, contact names or commercial policy.

This disclosure will be updated if a formal publishing entity, ownership statement or recurring funding arrangement is made public. Until then, readers should assess individual findings through their cited source, scope and review date.

Under the published commercial policy, payment does not determine a regulatory status, remove an enforcement record or suppress a factual correction. Live advertising, sponsorship or affiliate placements must be labelled and separated from editorial findings.
