Regulatory evidence
The exact operator entity, consumer domain, product and current local status must match a primary source.
Commercial transparency
Commercial relationships may fund iGaming Atlas, but they do not determine regulatory status, editorial findings or operator ranking.
Current commercial state
No live affiliate offer links are active. A useful regulatory page may be indexable after its local content gate; experience evidence is still required before any commercial action can become eligible.

active placements
If a link can generate a commission, the page states this before or beside the action. The action is visibly labelled Affiliate link or Sponsored; the disclosure is not hidden in a tooltip or accessible-only text.
Compensated links use sponsored and nofollow link attributes. Those technical attributes do not replace the consumer disclosure. Paid placement, sponsorship and any material influence are identified in plain language.
A commission cannot upgrade an operator from restricted to licensed, suppress adverse evidence or change a score. Regulatory and editorial records remain visible when a commercial relationship exists.
Publication control
Passing the licence evidence gate is necessary, but it is only the first control.
The exact operator entity, consumer domain, product and current local status must match a primary source.
Age, advertising, promotion, compensation and safer-gambling requirements are reviewed for that jurisdiction.
The page must answer a distinct local task and add material information beyond a repeated operator template.
Testing claims require a dated ledger, clear limitations and evidence that can be checked by an editor.
The programme, destination, primary terms, start date, expiry and current review date are recorded separately.
A placement must be removable by market, operator, programme or offer when any hard gate changes.
Lifecycle
A page cannot skip from a regulatory record directly to an affiliate action.
Commission, CPA and partner preference are not inputs to legal status, ranking or evidence quality.
Material conditions, validity dates and exclusions must be readable before the user acts.
Unknown location, stale evidence, an expired offer or a market hold disables the commercial action.
Readers, regulators and operators can report an incorrect status, stale term or undisclosed conflict. Material corrections are handled under the Atlas corrections policy and do not require partner approval.
