The service returned 96 rows: 83 VIGENTE authorisation records across 45 consumer domains after normalising protocol and www variants, plus 13 temporarily suspended rows across seven domains. Bitelbet had both product records suspended; Aciértala retained a current sportsbook record while its games record was suspended. Seven other tracked positive Atlas domains remained current for both products, and mercapuesta.com remained absent. The service does not publish a change log, so Atlas does not infer a legal cause for the movement.

Rechecked all six Atlas relationships against the 27 August GSA and licensed-casino PDFs, then compared exact labels and destinations with PAGCOR Guarantee. The review keeps administrator, casino-licensee, venue-licence, brand, domain, product and commercial-operation claims separate.

5 brand-market matches reviewed. The GSA PDF is numbered through 59 and the casino PDF through 11. Guarantee exposed 74 labels linking to 73 normalised destinations. Solaire’s two current official domains remain unreconciled; every Betano offering is starred as not commercially commenced; PokerStars was not found and remains a bounded no-match rather than an illegality claim.

Rechecked every displayed operator licence and expiry date against 8 September. Four rows still displayed future dates; JRCC/Aloft had passed its published term and was held under review instead of being treated as a current licence.
