Romania regulates remote gambling under Emergency Ordinance No. 77/2009. Online gambling may be offered only by companies holding an ONJN licence and operating authorisation. The ONJN Class I list contained 29 operators when all seven Atlas matches were reviewed on 28 July 2026. Unibet, Betfair and PokerStars displayed validity through 31 August 2026; from 1 September Atlas records those three relationships as under review because no later official validity period has been confirmed. This is a renewal-evidence hold, not a finding of revocation or illegality. The four other Atlas matches entered a source-retrieval hold on 27 September, retaining their 28 July verification dates. All seven selected records are now under review for the separately stated reasons.
