Curaçao CGA register-status audit

  • Reconciled the CGA PDF updated 14 September: 663 licence rows split into 569 B2C and 94 B2B records.
  • Kept assessment, indefinite, expired, revoked and unlabelled rows separate instead of presenting the PDF total as a current-operator count.
  • Identified the complete four-day change: one Novatech Solutions B.V. B2B row was removed and its separate B2C row moved from assessment in progress to expired.
  • Rechecked exact XBet, Goldbet, Betano and Kaizen strings without converting register absence into a global legal claim.
  • Published a register-reading guide with the CGA certificate workflow, reproducible hashes, limitations and next-review date.

UKGC, GRAI and Curaçao live-register reconciliation

  • Reconciled all four UKGC business-register datasets: the full register and business CSV enumerate 2,642 mixed-status accounts, while the landing card shows 2,641; the one-record source discrepancy remains explicit.
  • Reopened the 32 GRAI licence-holder accounts and reconciled 33 licence objects, adding DragonBet and Dabble and moving Kwiff from not listed to licensed for Remote Betting only.
  • Removed the former NetBet duplicate-number anomaly after GRAI assigned A-1185 to Dragonbet Ltd; the Irish register still publishes no consumer domains.
  • Reconciled Curaçao against the 10 September CGA PDF: 664 licence rows, 60 unqualified rows within coherent current terms, and no exact XBet, Goldbet, Betano or Kaizen match.
  • Expanded the evidence release to 828 source-backed rows across 291 operator profiles and regenerated the public datasets, search index and article visuals.

Regulatory freshness, monitoring and trust-surface release

  • Removed the unsupported grey-market country category and clarified that market models are navigation summaries whose product rows and official sources provide the controlling detail.
  • Expanded and date-validated the Enforcement desk, and corrected Regulatory Radar lifecycle, source-check and structured-order logic so old signals are not described as ended without evidence.
  • Rechecked the Netherlands Atlas relationships through direct KSA records while preserving 3 August as the last reproducible complete 31-record directory snapshot after the consumer directory returned HTTP 502.
  • Reduced oversized desktop Watch visuals, rebuilt Statistics, strengthened Data Quality archive disclosure and expanded About with scope, process, boundaries, responsibility and correction routes.
  • Hardened operator-logo trust gates, added five opaque search-safe variants with SHA-256 provenance and introduced a legible square Fanatics display mark.
  • Kept Atlas Alerts available as a public web briefing and Watch RSS while code-locking email collection and delivery until the separate consent, provider, suppression and rollback release controls pass.

Estonia licence evidence and UK governance release

  • Corrected the Estonia online-games-of-chance denominator: the EMTA table has 60 rendered rows, but 45 legal-entity rows and 15 brand-continuation rows covering 145 exact domains.
  • Published an EMTA-to-MTR verification guide that separates HKT activity licences from current HKL operating permits, product permissions, validity periods and exact consumer domains.
  • Recorded the measured Estonia search baseline before publication: 1,166 impressions, zero clicks and average position 57.9 for the country page in the captured final window.
  • Published a Watch Brief on Ruth Evans becoming Gambling Commission chair on 30 September, including the five-year term, £85,000 remuneration and two-day weekly commitment.
  • Kept the governance boundary explicit: the appointment does not itself change gambling law, licence conditions, enforcement thresholds or operator status.

Four evidence guides and current-register release

  • Published the 888 market-by-market evidence guide, separating legal entity, consumer domain and authorised product across ten jurisdictions.
  • Published a complete Lithuanian LPT permit-journal guide that keeps 10 holders, 22 domains, 400 devices and 10 platforms as four separate denominators.
  • Published a 14-row Coljuegos entity-domain-contract ledger while preserving the regulator’s unresolved references to 15 operators and 16 legal pages.
  • Published a three-source PAGCOR workflow that separates Gaming System Administrators, licensed casinos and Guarantee labels, including the Betano commercial-start limit and Solaire domain conflict.
  • Updated Ontario to 49 operators and 84 sites, adding Fanatics Casino as a casino-only local relationship without inferring sportsbook approval.
  • Reopened all 29 GRAI accounts, added Fitzdares and disclosed the two Remote Betting numbers displayed on NetBet’s single account rather than inflating the operator count.
  • Reconciled Peru to 83 current records across 45 domains and 13 temporary-suspension records across seven domains, including the Bitelbet and Aciértala product-level splits.
  • Refreshed Germany, Curaçao, Isle of Man, Lithuania, Colombia and the Philippines against current official snapshots and aligned the downloadable evidence release to 826 source-backed rows.

Live-register drift and licence-expiry transition audit

  • Moved Betfair, PokerStars and Unibet in Romania to under review after their last confirmed terms ended on 31 August; the Atlas does not infer a renewal, revocation or illegal status without later official evidence.
  • Reconciled Peru to 96 public rows: 88 current authorisations across 47 normalized domains, plus eight temporarily suspended records across four domains.
  • Updated Sweden to 81 licence holders and 195 normalized public URLs, Great Britain to the UKGC register dated 31 August, Curaçao to the 662-row OGL register and the Philippines to 59 official administrator rows.
  • Aligned the global evidence export and operator ranking to 824 source-backed rows, and added blocking checks for expired positive statuses and mismatched public totals.
  • Rebuilt all Insight image variants and introduced a stable incremental renderer for future article-only corrections.

Interface, language and measurement consistency audit

  • Separated the 2,653 mixed-status records displayed by the UKGC business register from the 22 selected Great Britain brand checks represented in the Atlas.
  • Replaced the former file-existence logo percentage with size-qualified usable-logo coverage, removed misleading brand-like fallbacks and made stable media URLs revalidate after asset corrections.
  • Rebuilt editorial visuals and introduced content-hash verification so stale or mismatched article imagery blocks the editorial release checks.
  • Corrected mixed English and Portuguese interface copy, added an explicit language switch and made links to English-only destinations visible on the Portuguese route.
  • Clarified the separate populations behind selected operator-market relationships and the broader global evidence export; current totals are now generated from the release dataset.

Editorial review language aligned with the real workflow

  • Replaced unsupported human-review claims and aligned public wording with the disclosed writing and evidence checks.
  • Kept iGaming Atlas as the accountable institutional publisher without inventing a personal editor, team size or credential.
  • Preserved the Watch evidence, response, headline and procedural-status gates; unresolved evidence still blocks publication.
  • Synchronized the global dataset guide with 818 source-backed export rows drawn from 71 of 74 market profiles and 286 operator profiles.

Regulatory Change Radar launched

  • Published a source-linked timeline of upcoming deadlines, market transitions, newly effective rules and active enforcement signals.
  • Added market, signal, category, search and time-horizon controls without loading the full Atlas regulatory dataset into the browser.
  • Introduced a separate Atlas action lens that maps each record to the operational teams likely to act while preserving the boundary between evidence and interpretation.
  • Connected country Rule Packs, Atlas Alerts and primary regulator sources into one monitorable workflow.

Atlas Watch editorial system prepared for review

  • Created a separate Watch layer for fast-moving iGaming enforcement, disputes, platform changes and industry controversies without merging reporting into the regulatory Atlas records.
  • Added mandatory confirmed-versus-not-established boundaries, response records, visible update logs and a publication gate; the later 26 August correction records the review process accurately.
  • Prepared dedicated NewsArticle metadata, an RSS feed, a 48-hour Google News sitemap and responsive accessible Watch visuals.
  • Prepared the first four source-checked stories and held every one from publication pending completion of the editorial gate.

Global regulatory dataset and reproducible research release

  • Published a downloadable global export containing 749 source-backed evidence rows within a 74-profile market directory, with CSV and JSON distributions.
  • Preserved record type, market model, operator or brand, status, product, regulator, official source and verification date as separate fields.
  • Kept Brazil administrative authorisations and judicial-order records as separate legal-basis populations instead of collapsing them into one licence total.
  • Made the operator ranking reproducible from current Atlas data and refreshed Bet365 to 29 licensed or authorised markets across 39 documented relationships.
  • Rebuilt the statistics and press experiences around a citation-ready report, current methodology, direct downloads and a dedicated social visual.

Complete Brazil federal register import

  • Replaced the nine-profile Brazil snapshot with every row in the current SPA administrative workbook: 82 company CNPJs, 188 brand records and 185 defined .bet.br domains.
  • Added the three administrative records whose domains remain to be defined in the official source without inventing a hostname.
  • Added the separate SPA court-order file as a distinct legal-basis section: two companies and six brand-domain records, not merged into the administrative authorised total.
  • Made every official Brazil brand searchable by brand, legal company, CNPJ and domain while retaining the nine deeper global operator profiles.
  • Removed unsupported brand-level product categories and corrected the Brazilian legal-entity matches for the existing profiles.

Brazil and Netherlands licence-check guides

  • Added a Brazil guide that keeps the SPA authorisation chain intact across legal entity, CNPJ, consumer brand, .bet.br domain, ordinance and later amendments.
  • Separated a submitted SIGAP application from an authorisation to operate, preventing application-stage records from becoming licence claims.
  • Added a Netherlands guide for the KSA Kansspelwijzer covering company, website, app, licence number, permitted activity and current status.
  • Documented the Dutch 2026 renewal cycle and why a pre-renewal operator list cannot replace the live KSA record.
  • At that stage, reduced the target to two deeply researched articles per week and opened the next six-article research queue; the later evidence-gated pipeline superseded that temporary cadence.

Visual evidence system and four-guide research release

  • Introduced a unique crawlable hero image in 16:9, 4:3 and 1:1 for every Atlas guide, with article-specific Open Graph, schema and sitemap references.
  • Added two accessible evidence-visual modules inside every article to break up long text and make the research workflow and findings easier to scan.
  • Published new evidence guides for Bet365 market licensing, the German GGL whitelist, DraftKings state permissions and gambling-enforcement terminology.
  • Added downloadable Bet365 and DraftKings market-evidence datasets with regulator, product, source and review-date fields.
  • Replaced the shared article social image with individual assets and added an original Atlas editorial-desk image for the Insights collection.

Institutional trust, visible provenance and editorial depth

  • Defined iGaming Atlas Research Desk as the institutional editorial byline without implying an undisclosed team, personal qualification or regulatory authority.
  • Made the written editorial contact channel explicit and documented why corrections and right-of-reply requests are handled in writing.
  • Separated direct record citations, official-register batch verification and legacy records in market and operator evidence views.
  • Reframed the homepage around source-linked research and public reviewability instead of future commercial readiness.
  • Published a new in-depth methodology guide connecting brand, legal entity, consumer domain and licensed activity across four official regulator systems.

Ohio current-operation and brand-transition reconciliation

  • Replaced six generic March labels with the OCCC’s current proprietor-services-provider evidence through May 2026.
  • Matched DraftKings, FanDuel, Caesars Sportsbook and bet365 to named operating partnerships in the official online revenue report.
  • Corrected Barstool and Betano to not listed because neither brand appears in the current online operating rows.
  • Renamed the misleading “PlayOH - Caesars” profile to Caesars Sportsbook (Ohio) while preserving its stable route.
  • Added the distinction between an active licence and current operation, plus direct context for permitted, specifically approved and prohibited wagers.

Ireland first GRAI licence-register reconciliation

  • Replaced the application-stage snapshot with the first official GRAI licence register, updated on 15 July 2026.
  • Recorded 16 valid Business-to-Consumer remote-betting licences and the 1 July commencement of the new regime.
  • Matched Bet365, Ladbrokes, Coral, Betway and BoyleSports to exact legal entities, trading names, licence numbers and validity dates.
  • Corrected eight former licensed labels to not listed because the brands or operating entities were absent from the current register.
  • Separated live remote betting from gaming, poker and lottery categories that remain in phased transition through 2027 and 2028.
  • Added age verification, credit-card and gambling-credit bans, monetary limits, account safeguards and the not-yet-operational national exclusion register.

Denmark licensed-operator domain verification

  • Matched Bet25, 888, Betfair, Mr Vegas/Videoslots, Danske Spil, Bet365, Unibet, LeoVegas and ComeOn to exact current regulator entries.
  • Recorded the legal entity, approved consumer domains and licence categories for all nine Atlas relationships.
  • Clarified that Danske Spil’s online casino and betting entry is separate from the group’s lottery entries.
  • Added the five-year betting-licence framework, age limit, deposit limits, player-history access and operator intervention duties.
  • Added direct regulator sources for ROFUS, StopSpillet and illegal-gambling reporting.

Lithuania permit journal and age-limit correction

  • Matched TOPsport, 7bet, OlyBet, Optibet, Betsson and Uniclub to exact legal entities, domains and permit records in the live LPT journal.
  • Recorded ten current remote-gambling permit holders in the journal updated on 21 July 2026.
  • Corrected the minimum gambling age from 18 to 21, reflecting the single age threshold effective since 1 November 2025.
  • Added the certified-platform and responsible-gambling monitoring requirements.
  • Separated the licensed-operator journal from the regulator’s illegal-operator blacklist and added the national self-exclusion route.

Buenos Aires Province authorised-domain refresh

  • Replaced the retired IPLyC applicant-register link with the current authorised-operator page.
  • Matched all seven current .bet.ar domains: Bet365, Betano, Betsson, BetWarrior, bplay, Sportsbet and Stake.
  • Added Stake to the provincial market and corrected Easybet from licensed to not listed after its domain disappeared from the current seven-domain set.
  • Added the provincial legal framework, under-18 restriction, anonymous illegal-gambling report route and two-year self-exclusion process.
  • Recorded the 20 July 2026 enforcement action ordering 537 illegal betting sites blocked.

Romania Class I licence and domain verification

  • Replaced the broken ONJN register link with the current Class I licensed-operator list.
  • Matched Betano, Superbet, Unibet, Betfair, NetBet, PokerStars and Stanleybet to exact legal entities and Romanian consumer domains.
  • Recorded each relationship’s displayed licence-validity date and flagged the three entries due for recheck after 31 August 2026.
  • Corrected the country total from 8 profiles to the 29 Class I operators displayed by ONJN.
  • Added the current legal framework, licence classes, minimum-age rule and self-exclusion process from Romania’s official legislative portal.

Kenya regulator transition and brand-status correction

  • Replaced the repealed BCLB-era framework with the Gambling Control Act 2025 and the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Kenya.
  • Added the current online bookmaker, online lottery and online casino licence categories.
  • Documented age verification, registered-player accounts, the prohibition on gambling credit and the foreign-operator requirements.
  • Moved five legacy licensed labels to under review because no exact current operator or domain match was available from a usable public GRA register.
  • Kept the evidence boundary explicit: under review does not mean unlicensed.

  • Queried the live MINCETUR holder-authorisation register: 86 current records across 48 unique consumer domains.

  • Matched seven Greek consumer domains to the current HGC website-legitimacy directory.
  • Corrected BetShop from licensed to permanently revoked using the HGC decision of 9 August 2024.
  • Added the two online licence types, seven-year term, €3 million and €2 million licence fees, €10,000 application fee and EU/EEA applicant requirements.
  • Replaced legacy HGC links with the current website checker, complaint route and responsible-gambling resources.

Coverage investigation and high-priority evidence expansion

  • Published an open content audit covering unsourced operator-market records, jurisdictions without evidence, empty market profiles, missing registers and consumer complaint routes.
  • Matched all 12 French Atlas brand records to the current ANJ operator, domain and product list.
  • Matched 11 Italian brands to the paginated ADM concessionaire register and moved OlyBet Italy to not listed pending contrary evidence.
  • Matched all 12 Belgian brand records across the current A+, B+ and F1+ official licence datasets.

  • Matched 12 German brands to the 21 July GGL whitelist, merged a duplicate 888 record and separated two brand-level whitelist gaps.
  • Matched nine Swedish brands to live Spelinspektionen licence-holder and consumer-domain data.
  • Matched ten Dutch relationships to unambiguous KSA Kansspelwijzer company records; four ambiguous brand records remain visibly pending.
  • Matched major UK brand domains and trading names against the downloadable UKGC register snapshot.
  • Matched all 20 Atlas Spain relationships to domains in the official DGOJ operator finder.
  • Matched the first nine Brazil profile relationships to legal companies and .bet.br domains in the SPA workbook; this snapshot was superseded by the complete register import on 1 August 2026.
  • Rebuilt country and operator directories around actual Atlas records and visible evidence coverage instead of incompatible market totals.
