From 1 December 2026, a provider must cease online-casino operations unless it operated when the Act commenced and has submitted a full licence application. A qualifying applicant may continue without advertising only until its decision or 1 June 2027, whichever comes first. A declined applicant must exit.

Assess exposure, keep supporting records and decide whether changes or market withdrawal are needed.
DIA plans a public register and a registration icon after licences are granted. Neither exists as current positive licence evidence, and DIA has not published a total or public list of accepted EOI participants. Atlas therefore lists no online-casino licensees during the assessment stage.

The expression-of-interest window closed on 14 August and submissions are now under assessment. DIA expects an auction in September and full applications from October. Up to 15 single-brand licences may eventually be issued, but an accepted EOI or successful auction bid is only a route to apply, not a licence.

Deadlines move to passed states, ended monitoring windows are labelled only when a source supplies an end date, and older signals lose urgency without being presented as finished. Latest explicit source check: 2026-09-15. 30 of 34 signals currently store a signal-level source-check date; the remaining 4 show the broader market-profile review date instead and remain in the provenance backlog.
