The FGB still links its 25 August 2026 unauthorised-online-games list and accompanying chart, whose final point is 3,567 blocked domains on 25 August. This is dated negative domain-level evidence, not a count of licensed or currently active operators.

Gespa’s current-blocklist section still links the 25 August 2026 edition, with the 11 June edition in the archive. Swiss internet providers must apply DNS blocking to the listed domains. A missing domain is not evidence of authorisation; the legal force comes from the ruling published in the Federal Gazette.

Gespa states that prediction-market contracts generally fall within gambling and specifically betting. Only sports-event betting is eligible for authorisation in Switzerland, and the online sports-betting monopoly remains with Swisslos and Loterie Romande.
