Kenya is regulated under the Gambling Control Act 2025, which commenced on 26 August 2025, repealed the former Betting, Lotteries and Gaming Act and established the Gambling Regulatory Authority as successor to the BCLB. The Act expressly licenses online bookmakers, online lotteries and online casinos. Current Atlas brand relationships remain under review until they can be matched to a usable public GRA operator register.
