Its licence list updated 8 September 2026 and checked 25 October records 13 Type-A proprietor relationships as Active and operating. The current list changes Prime Sportsbook’s provider to Plannatech (OH) Corporation and identifies Ember under Gamewise and Miami Valley; Delaware North confirms that Ember replaced MVGBet. Barstool and Betano remain absent as current brands. Licence status and actual operation are separate fields, and this sports-gaming roster does not establish casino, poker or fantasy permission. The Ohio Constitution authorises casino gaming at four specified casino facilities and restricts its conduct to their licensed operators or management companies. That facility permission does not provide a licence to offer casino games remotely to people elsewhere in Ohio.
