Colombia legal betting sites: verify Coljuegos operators
Match Colombia betting sites to Coljuegos by legal entity, exact host and concession, and understand why official sources currently show 14, 15 and 16.

The short answer
- The Coljuegos page modified on 31 August 2026 currently displays 14 numbered legal-entity, host and concession rows.
- A 26 May bulletin names 15 operators, adding Bingo Casino, while the live directory still refers to 16 legal pages without listing a 16-row set.
- Bingo Casino is absent from the later table, but no official termination or revocation record was located; its current status remains unresolved.
- A reliable check joins the legal entity, exact host behind the official link, concession contract and relevant product scope. A .co ending alone is not proof.
- The authorised directory and the separate illegal-domain file are different evidence sets. Negative findings must remain limited to the exact domain and date checked.

A row is positive evidence for the displayed entity-host-contract relationship on the check date. It does not settle the 14/15/16 conflict, prove every product or amount to an Atlas recommendation.
The short answer: verify the 14 visible rows
Colombia has a regulated online-gambling market, and Coljuegos publishes a consumer-facing table intended to identify authorised sites. The page was last modified on 31 August 2026. When Atlas rechecked it on 8 September, it contained 14 numbered rows, each connecting a legal entity, a consumer link and a concession contract.
Those 14 rows are the strongest current working snapshot because a reader can inspect and reproduce every relationship. They should not be promoted into an unquestionable total for the whole market, however. Other text published by the same authority gives two different numbers, and neither conflict can be solved by silently choosing the largest figure.
From question to defensible conclusion
The short answer: verify the 14 visible rows

Bingo Casino remains unresolved
The useful record has four separate fields
Why Coljuegos currently shows 14, 15 and 16
The live table and its 2026 brand banner show the same 14 names. A separate Coljuegos bulletin published on 26 May said MrYoker had raised the number of authorised operators to 15 and printed a 15-brand list. That list contains every brand now visible in the table plus Bingo Casino.
The current directory also retains guidance saying that an authorised URL should end in .co, as happens with the 16 legal betting pages. It does not enumerate 16 pages alongside that sentence. Operators, pages, entities and domains are not necessarily the same unit, but the authority has not supplied a visible set that reconciles the three totals. Atlas therefore reports 14 visible rows, the May list of 15 and the unsupported narrative figure of 16 separately.
Bingo Casino remains unresolved
Bingo Casino is the only name in the May list that is missing from the later 14-row directory. That is a material change in the visible evidence, but it is not enough to write that the operator was revoked, terminated or declared illegal. Atlas did not locate an official decision explaining the omission.
For current site matching, Bingo Casino should be described as absent from the table checked on 8 September and unresolved against the earlier bulletin. No relationship should be added to the current Atlas licence ledger until an exact entity, domain and concession can be recovered from a controlling official source.
The useful record has four separate fields
A brand name is only the starting point. The Coljuegos table joins it to the legal company responsible for the concession, the host reached through the authority’s link and a contract number. Wplay, for example, is connected to Aquila Global Group S.A.S. and contract 2182; Betano is connected to Kaizen Gaming Colombia S.A.S., betano.co and contract 2104.
Keeping those fields separate makes the check harder to imitate. A familiar logo can be copied, a brand can operate under different entities in other countries and an international domain can resemble its Colombian counterpart. The current Colombian relationship is the complete chain, not whichever single field looks familiar.
The label shown is not always the host linked
Three rows illustrate why the underlying destination matters. The Sportium label reads Sportium.com.co, but the official link points to sports.sportium.com.co. YaJuego is displayed as Yajuego.co while its link points to sports.yajuego.co. Bwin is shown simply as Bwin and links to sports.bwin.co.
This does not make the shorter labels wrong; they are consumer-facing names. It means a reproducible audit should record both what the table displays and the hostname behind the link. If the browser later redirects again, that destination should be checked rather than assumed to inherit the concession automatically.
A .co ending is a filter, not a licence
Coljuegos advises players to check that an operator’s URL ends in .co. Every host in the current table fits that broad pattern, including .com.co addresses and subdomains such as sports.bwin.co. The advice can reject an obvious country mismatch, but registration under Colombia’s country-code domain does not establish gambling authorisation by itself.
The stronger test is cumulative: find the exact host in the current Coljuegos table, match the entity and open the linked concession. A lookalike .co address that is absent from the table has not passed that test. Likewise, a globally recognised brand on another top-level domain cannot borrow the Colombian record.
MrYoker shows the complete evidence chain
The newest visible row connects MrYoker to Global Vitxo S.A.S., mryoker.co and concession C2261. The May bulletin says the authorised offer initially covers live casino, virtual slot machines and sports betting. The underlying contract, signed on 20 May 2026, describes those product groups and grants a five-year term beginning with approval of the performance guarantee.
The contract records the domain registration through 15 September 2030 and requires renewal through the concession term. That registration date is not the licence-expiry date. The bulletin summarises the operation as authorised through 2031, while the contract gives the safer term formula. Both statements can be preserved without inventing an exact expiry day.

A six-step Coljuegos verification workflow
Start with the address actually being offered to the player, not a brand name copied from an advert. Open the current Coljuegos page and record its modification date before searching the table. A dated check remains reproducible if the list changes later.
- Copy the complete hostname, including any sportsbook or casino subdomain.
- Find the matching consumer link in the current authorised-operator table.
- Record the displayed brand, legal entity and concession number from the same row.
- Open the linked contract when product scope, term or conditions matter.
- Keep conflicting totals, missing fields and changed destinations explicitly unresolved.
- Save the source URL and check date; repeat the check before a legal, advertising or commercial decision.
The positive and negative files answer different questions
The 14-row directory is positive evidence: it shows the relationships Coljuegos currently presents as authorised. The same page separately links a downloadable file titled Páginas web ilegales. That file is a negative regulatory dataset, not the missing remainder of the positive table, and the two should never be merged into one undifferentiated brand list.
Atlas parsed 62,174 lines in the file linked on 8 September, representing 62,173 unique domain strings because latvijas.casino appeared twice. The exact strings bet365.com and pokerstars.com were present. That supports a narrow statement about those domains in this Colombian file; it does not prove that every Bet365 or PokerStars domain, legal entity or licence worldwide has the same status.
What an exact-domain negative finding means
Neither Bet365 nor PokerStars appears in the current 14-row positive table or in the May list of 15 brands. Their exact .com domains also appear in the separate negative file. Those combined observations are stronger than a simple not-found search, but their scope remains Colombia, the exact strings and the dated official records consulted.
A missing brand should not automatically be described as illegal. It may use another local name, entity or domain, or the source may have changed. Conversely, absence from the negative file does not create authorisation. A positive match still requires the current entity-host-contract chain.
Player support and escalation remain separate from licensing
The Coljuegos table publishes a support channel for each listed operator. The authority says authorised sites should maintain permanent player assistance and directs a player first to the operator. If the operator does not respond, the page identifies Coljuegos and its contact channels as the next escalation route.
Coljuegos also maintains separate PQRSD and illegal-gambling complaint workflows. A complaint is not proof that a site is licensed, and filing one does not establish that an offence occurred. Preserve the exact domain, account details, dates, transaction records, operator correspondence and concession number so the licensing and complaint questions can be assessed independently.
Frequently asked questions
How many legal online betting sites are there in Colombia? There is no clean single answer in the current official material. The live table has 14 visible rows, the May bulletin names 15 operators and the live guidance says 16 legal pages without enumerating them. Use the 14-row table as the dated verification snapshot and preserve the discrepancy.
Is every website ending in .co authorised by Coljuegos? No. The suffix is a useful country signal, but a reliable check also requires the exact host, named legal entity and concession in the current table.
Is Bingo Casino currently authorised? The May bulletin includes Bingo Casino, but the later table does not. No official revocation or termination explanation was located, so its status is absent from the current table and unresolved.
Are Bet365 and PokerStars illegal in Colombia? The exact domains bet365.com and pokerstars.com appear in the separate negative file checked on 8 September, and neither brand appears in the positive lists reviewed. That finding is limited to those exact domains and Colombian evidence.
Does a row prove that every game on the website is authorised? Not by itself. The directory proves the displayed entity-host-contract relationship. Product scope should be checked in the concession and any current product-specific record, as the MrYoker contract demonstrates.
Review limits and next check
This guide was checked on 8 September 2026 and is regulatory research rather than legal advice or a recommendation to gamble. Atlas did not test registration, geolocation, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, customer service or individual-product availability. A listed relationship does not guarantee that a particular reader can open or use an account.
The guide should be reviewed within 30 days and sooner if Coljuegos changes the table, explains the Bingo Casino omission, replaces the negative-domain file or publishes a concession decision affecting a named row. When a later official record conflicts with this dated analysis, the current official record controls.
