ADM determination 675265, published on 22 October 2026, sets traceability requirements for gaming-account deposits, withdrawals and concessionaire-held player funds. Withdrawals must go to a qualifying account or payment instrument held by the player, after an ownership check, and cannot be paid through recharge outlets or other physical gaming outlets. Existing qualifying instruments covered by Article 3 remain usable conditionally until 31 March 2027, by which date the required third-party report must be submitted. This is a specific conditional transition, not a general exemption from cash limits or customer checks.
