ADM’s public remote-gambling directory links each concession code and legal entity to the authorised consumer site. Atlas uses the live directory as the controlling test for an Italian-facing domain.

New remote-concession award cycle

ADM completed the award procedure for remote gambling concessions under Article 6 of Legislative Decree 41/2024 on 17 September 2025. The tender documentation and award decision remain the primary evidence layer for the market’s concession transition.

Digital identification for player accounts

ADM’s remote-gambling rule set includes a November 2025 implementing measure on digital identification instruments for opening gaming accounts under Article 6(8)(b) of Legislative Decree 41/2024.

Single self-exclusion register

The ADM self-exclusion service can block remote gambling across all concessionaires, for a single concessionaire or for selected game categories. A fixed exclusion can run for up to 270 days; an indefinite exclusion can be revoked only after at least nine months.

Player-account contract framework

The concessionaire-player relationship is governed by the standard gaming-account contract, which authorised operators must make available on their websites. This contract is the first evidence layer for account, balance and withdrawal disputes.

Broad gambling-advertising prohibition

Article 9 of the Dignity Decree prohibits direct and indirect advertising for gambling and betting with cash prizes across broadcast, print, events, websites and social media. AGCOM publishes the official interpretation and enforcement record.

Blocked-site redirect transition

ADM publishes the current blocked-site file and introduced a new redirect endpoint in April 2026. During the transition, both the new endpoint and the former static IP remain active, making the dated ADM file the safer enforcement reference.
