ADM's public remote-gambling tables link concession codes, legal entities and consumer sites. Atlas recovered all 52 rows on 25 October 2026 through normalized primary text. Direct ADM access returned 403 and no source edition or crawl date was supplied by the recovery service. The count describes concession records, not unique companies; the table does not enumerate individual product permissions or validity-end dates.

New remote-concession award cycle

ADM published award notification 594213 on 17 September 2025 for remote concessions under Article 6 of Legislative Decree 41/2024. The award record and current entity-domain directory are separate evidence layers for the transition.

Digital identification for player accounts

ADM's remote-gambling regulations list measure 704968 of 11 November 2025 on digital identification instruments for opening gaming accounts under Article 6(8)(b) of Legislative Decree 41/2024.

Single self-exclusion register

The dedicated ADM self-exclusion service page describes exclusions across all concessionaires, a single concessionaire or selected game categories, with fixed exclusions up to 270 days and revocation requests for indefinite exclusion only after at least nine months. The general FAQ contains different 30/60/90-day and six-month wording. Atlas attributes this summary to the dedicated service page and does not use the conflicting FAQ passage to resolve individual eligibility.

Player-account contract framework

ADM's FAQ identifies the standard gaming-account contract as governing the concessionaire-player relationship and says it can be downloaded from authorised operators' websites. Retain the contract with account, balance and withdrawal evidence when preparing a complaint.

Broad gambling-advertising prohibition

Article 9 of the Dignity Decree prohibits direct and indirect advertising for gambling and betting with cash prizes across broadcast, print, events, websites and social media. AGCOM publishes the relevant interpretation and enforcement material.

Blocked-site redirect transition

ADM's indexed enforcement page describes the redirect endpoint introduced in April 2026, https://sito-inibito-giochi.adm.gov.it, and an extension keeping both old and new redirect methods operational during transition. Check the dated official blocked-site file for a particular domain or order; this review did not download the current complete blacklist.

Traceable payments and player funds

ADM determination 675265, published on 22 October 2026, sets traceability requirements for gaming-account deposits, withdrawals and concessionaire-held player funds. Withdrawals must go to a qualifying account or payment instrument held by the player, after an ownership check, and cannot be paid through recharge outlets or other physical gaming outlets. Existing qualifying instruments covered by Article 3 remain usable conditionally until 31 March 2027, by which date the required third-party report must be submitted. This is a specific conditional transition, not a general exemption from cash limits or customer checks.
