Nevada permits licensed sports wagering and limits interactive gaming to approved poker and derivatives under Regulation 5A. The Commission directory contains two licensed interactive-gaming entries, WSOP and Real Gaming; it does not establish that both services are commercially available today. Specific Caesars and BetMGM sportsbook approvals were rechecked on 2 October. DraftKings remains under review after the regulator approved withdrawal of its pending Nevada sports-wagering applications.

The Commission鈥檚 live Online Gaming table contains Real Gaming, operated by South Point Poker LLC, and WSOP, operated by Caesars Interactive Entertainment, Inc. Atlas counts two interactive-gaming operators from this table and does not use it as a sportsbook directory.
