William Hill licensed countries: entities, domains and products checked
Check William Hill against current regulator records in Great Britain, Spain, Ireland and Gibraltar without treating one company, domain or product list as worldwide permission.

The short answer
- Atlas verified four current regulator records connected to William Hill: Great Britain, Spain, Ireland and Gibraltar. This is a checked cohort, not a complete list of every place where the brand may appear.
- The records name three legal entities: WHG (International) Limited, WHG Ceuta, S.A. and WH Ireland Limited. A William Hill brand match is not a substitute for the local holder.
- Only two distinct consumer domains are published across the four records: williamhill.com and williamhill.es. The Irish GRAI record does not publish a domain.
- Product scope differs. Ireland supports remote betting only; Spain names betting and selected casino games; the British and Gibraltar records cover broader but separately licensed activity.
- William Hill Organization Limited is a separate British account from the online consumer-domain holder. Its shop, technical and betting permissions must not be merged into WHG (International) Limited.

Four jurisdiction records reduce to three legal entities and two published consumer domains. Great Britain and Gibraltar name the same entity and hostname under separate authorities; this does not make either licence portable to another market.
Four records are not a global permission list
William Hill appears in four current regulator records that Atlas could reconcile to a legal entity, product boundary and date. The result is deliberately narrower than a generic 'available countries' list. A regulator record answers a jurisdiction-specific licensing question; it does not prove registration, deposits, withdrawals or product access from every location.
The Atlas data model also needs a boundary. Great Britain, Spain and Ireland sit under the canonical William Hill operator profile. Gibraltar has a separate legacy discovery profile for its licensing-hub record. Atlas corrected the displayed counts to three and one respectively instead of implying that either profile independently contains all four relationships.
From question to defensible conclusion
Four records are not a global permission list
Original Atlas analysis: four rows, three entities, two domains
Great Britain has two William Hill accounts with different jobs
Spain uses a local company and a country-code domain
Original Atlas analysis: four rows, three entities, two domains
Atlas extracted the jurisdiction, holder, brand, exact consumer domain, product, licence or account identifier and evidence date as separate fields. The four rows contain three holder strings: WHG (International) Limited, WHG Ceuta, S.A. and WH Ireland Limited. They publish only two distinct hostnames, williamhill.com and williamhill.es.
The Irish record is the useful exception. It names WH Ireland Limited, the William Hill trading name, a Remote Betting licence number and its term, but no domain. The guide leaves that field blank rather than importing williamhill.com from Britain or Gibraltar.
Great Britain has two William Hill accounts with different jobs
The Gambling Commission connects the active williamhill.com domain to WHG (International) Limited, account 39225. That account lists current remote bingo, casino, real-event betting, virtual-event betting and pool-betting activities. It is the consumer-domain record used in this guide.
William Hill Organization Limited is a separate account, number 2752. It holds non-remote betting permissions, remote gambling-software and gaming-machine technical permissions, and a remote real-event betting activity. The Commission's records do not justify merging that entity, its premises or its technical permissions into the online-domain holder.
Spain uses a local company and a country-code domain
The DGOJ currently names WHG Ceuta, S.A. and publishes williamhill.es. Its operator page shows general licences for betting and other games and singular licences for sports and horse-race fixed-odds betting, roulette, blackjack, other fixed-odds betting and slots.
The same official page records that WHG Spain PLC moved its registered office internationally and became WHG Ceuta, S.A. on 30 October 2024. The current company name controls this guide; the earlier name remains useful only for following the decision history.
Ireland supports betting, not a borrowed casino claim
GRAI licence GRAI-1096-RB-26-0001 names WH Ireland Limited and the William Hill trading name. It is a Remote Betting record running from 15 July 2026 to 14 July 2029.
That scope is narrower than the casino and gaming evidence in Britain, Spain or Gibraltar. Atlas therefore records sportsbook for Ireland and does not project casino, poker or bingo from another William Hill entity. The GRAI record also publishes no domain, so a hostname requires separate evidence.

Gibraltar is a holder record, not a worldwide passport
Gibraltar's licence-holder register names WHG (International) Limited as a B2C bookmaker and gaming operator. Its approved-brands document, marked current as of 7 August 2026, publishes williamhill.com, Remote Gaming Licence RGL 034 and Remote Bookmaker's Licence RGL 042.
The document also lists William Hill Bingo, Live Casino, Poker, Sports and Vegas as approved brands. That is product and brand evidence inside the Gibraltar record. It cannot replace a British, Spanish or Irish authorisation, even when the legal entity or hostname is the same.
How to verify a William Hill claim
Start from the jurisdiction and the exact hostname. Preserve the regulator result because a holder, domain, product or term can change without the brand disappearing.
- Name the jurisdiction and the exact gambling product being checked.
- Copy the full hostname, including a country-code suffix such as .es.
- Open the local regulator record and capture the legal entity, licence or account number, product and current status separately.
- Confirm that the authority itself connects the holder to the William Hill brand or hostname.
- Keep licence dates, decision dates and corporate-name changes as separate events.
- If a domain or product field is absent, report the gap; do not fill it from another country or group company.
Method, limits and next review
Atlas started with the William Hill relationships in its country-operator layer, then reopened the British, Spanish and Gibraltar records on 17 September 2026 and retained the GRAI record captured on 11 September. It normalised hostnames only for the two-domain count and kept each authority's legal-entity and product wording separate. The review corrected the canonical profile from four claimed countries to three represented relationships and the Gibraltar legacy profile from fifteen claimed countries to one.
This guide does not test registration, geolocation, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, games, support or consumer availability. It is not a ranking or recommendation. The checked cohort is not a claim that William Hill has no other licences. Atlas will recheck by 17 October 2026 and sooner if an authority changes a named record. Current official sources control if they differ from this page.
