LeoVegas licensed countries: entities, domains and products checked

Check LeoVegas market by market using current regulator records without treating one group company, licence, brand or domain as worldwide permission.

LeoVegas evidence map showing nine jurisdiction relationships and seven distinct regulator-published domains

The short answer

  • Atlas found nine current jurisdiction relationships for the LeoVegas operator profile: Great Britain, Spain, Italy, Germany, Sweden, the Netherlands, Denmark, Ontario and Malta.
  • Those nine rows do not share one legal-entity, domain or product pattern. Spain now names LEOESP, S.A.; Germany names LVSports Limited; Sweden names Roar Vegas Ltd; several other records name LeoVegas Gaming plc.
  • The regulator-backed domain set contains seven distinct hostnames. leovegas.com is current evidence in several markets, while the Great Britain register marks that hostname inactive and names leovegas.co.uk as active.
  • Ontario's directory dated 1 September 2026 lists www.leovegas.com for casino only. Atlas removed sportsbook from the Ontario relationship instead of projecting products from another market.
  • A LeoVegas group relationship is not a portable licence. Verify the exact jurisdiction, holder, domain, product, status and evidence date before relying on it.

Nine jurisdiction rows reduce to seven distinct published hostnames because the same domain can appear under more than one local record. Atlas does not deduplicate similarly written company names into a universal holder without a corporate-identity record.

Nine relationships do not make one global licence

The LeoVegas operator profile previously displayed six countries even though the Atlas relationship layer contained nine current jurisdiction records. Atlas reconciled the count against each relationship and the official sources used for this guide. The corrected total is nine, but it still needs a definition: it is a count of regulator-backed jurisdiction relationships, not nine identical licences or proof that LeoVegas is available everywhere.

Each market can name a different licence holder, exact domain and product scope. Great Britain uses LeoVegas Gaming PLC and leovegas.co.uk; Spain uses LEOESP, S.A. and leovegas.es; Germany uses LVSports Limited and leovegas.de; Sweden uses Roar Vegas Ltd and leovegas.com. A group name or logo cannot replace those local joins.

Each step must preserve the jurisdiction, product, entity, source and review date.

Original Atlas analysis: nine rows become seven distinct domains

Atlas extracted the holder, brand, domain, product, licence or status field, jurisdiction and evidence date from the current official records. Across nine jurisdiction rows, the sources publish seven distinct hostnames: leovegas.co.uk, leovegas.es, leovegas.it, leovegas.de, leovegas.com, leovegas.dk and expekt.dk.

That domain count is not a website-availability claim. Denmark lists expekt.dk under LeoVegas Gaming Plc, but Expekt is a separate consumer brand. The Netherlands licence decision names the licence holder and products but does not name a domain on the decision page. Ontario names the site and product but not the legal entity on the directory row. Missing fields stay missing rather than being borrowed from another regulator.

Great Britain shows why hostname status is local

The Gambling Commission records active remote bingo, casino, real-event betting and virtual-event betting activities on account 39198. Its domain page marks leovegas.co.uk active, together with five other group domains. It marks leovegas.com and www.leovegas.com inactive for that British account.

That does not make leovegas.com globally inactive. Sweden, Denmark, Ontario and Malta use the same hostname in their own evidence. The safe finding is jurisdiction-specific: an active domain in one official record cannot override an inactive or absent status in another.

Spain has a different holder and an effective transfer date

The DGOJ currently names LEOESP, S.A. as the operator for the LeoVegas brand and leovegas.es. Its page lists general betting and other-games licences plus slots, sports betting, blackjack, roulette and other fixed-odds betting permissions.

The holder changed through a corporate transfer. DGOJ authorised the transfer from LeoVegas Gaming PLC on 13 March 2025, and its 4 July 2025 record says the transfer became fully effective on 3 April 2025 after the required corporate steps. Publication date, decision date and effective date are therefore different fields.

Product scope changes by regulator

Ontario supplies the clearest correction. The iGaming Ontario directory, accurate as of 1 September 2026, lists www.leovegas.com under Casino only. Atlas had previously attached casino and sportsbook to the Ontario relationship. The sportsbook category has been removed because a product shown in Britain, Spain, Germany, Sweden, the Netherlands or Denmark cannot be projected onto Ontario.

Italy illustrates the opposite evidence limit. The ADM directory row connects concession 16019, Leo Vegas Gaming P.l.c. and www.leovegas.it, but the row used here does not enumerate products. The guide therefore treats it as concession-and-domain evidence rather than filling a product list from the consumer site or another licence.

Last editorial review: 2026-09-16. Review target: every 30 days.

Atlas found nine current jurisdiction relationships for the LeoVegas operator profile: Great Britain, Spain, Italy, Germany, Sweden, the Netherlands, Denmark, Ontario and Malta.

Those nine rows do not share one legal-entity, domain or product pattern. Spain now names LEOESP, S.A.; Germany names LVSports Limited; Sweden names Roar Vegas Ltd; several other records name LeoVegas Gaming plc.

The regulator-backed domain set contains seven distinct hostnames. leovegas.com is current evidence in several markets, while the Great Britain register marks that hostname inactive and names leovegas.co.uk as active.

A licence and an enforcement record answer different questions

Sweden's authority identifies Roar Vegas Ltd as licensed for commercial online gambling and betting at leovegas.com. It has also published a supervision decision concerning the company. Those facts can coexist: the licence record addresses current permission, while an enforcement record addresses conduct and its procedural outcome.

Do not convert a current licence into a clean-history certificate, or a past regulatory action into a claim that the licence has disappeared. Check the current licence register and the enforcement record separately, with their own dates and outcomes.

How to verify a LeoVegas claim

Start from the market and hostname, not from the group name. Preserve the result because a local entity, product or domain can change without the global brand disappearing.

  • Name the jurisdiction and the exact product being offered.
  • Copy the full hostname, including its country-code suffix when present.
  • Open the local regulator record and capture the holder, licence or account identifier, product and status separately.
  • Check whether the regulator itself joins the holder to the LeoVegas brand and exact domain.
  • Keep decision, publication and effective dates separate, especially after a corporate transfer.
  • If a field is missing, report the gap and seek regulator confirmation; do not import it from another country.

Method, limits and next review

Atlas started with the nine current LeoVegas relationships in its operator-country layer, then re-opened the cited official records on 16 September 2026. It normalised exact hostnames only for the seven-domain count while keeping source entity strings and product labels unchanged. The method corrected the profile relationship total from six to nine and narrowed Ontario from casino plus sportsbook to casino.

This guide does not test registration, geolocation, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, games, support or consumer availability. It is not a ranking or recommendation. A regulator record may change after the check, and some sources expose a holder without a domain or a domain without an entity. Atlas will recheck by 16 October 2026 and sooner if a regulator changes a named record. Current official sources control if they differ from this page.
