What a regulator can confirm
A regulator's register can show the legal entity, licence category, status and, in some markets, the approved consumer domain.
Match the entity, product and domain. A group licence or similar brand name does not automatically cover every website or market.
How to raise a complaint
Some authorities accept consumer complaints directly. Others require the operator's internal process or an approved dispute body first.
Follow the route published by the authority and keep copies of the account record, transaction history and correspondence.
